Building your strength, not ego.

We write the programme

Twelve-week blocks, planned by a coach, covering strength, conditioning and mobility. Nothing gets left out.

Your block · Week 3 of 12

  • Strength Fierce
  • Cardio Fury
  • Mobility Flow

Covered, every week.

Then coach you through it

There's a coach in the room for every class, watching your form and advising you on the weight. You learn to lift well before you lift heavy, and you keep progressing.

  • Coach note “Drop to 60kg, keep the bar over midfoot”
  • Working sets 4/4

FAQ

I've never trained before. Is Feral for me?

Yes. Every session is coached, so you're shown what to do and how to do it. You learn to lift well before you lift heavy.

What's the six-week trial?

It's how everyone starts at Feral. First, a call with Tash about what you want from your training. Then a free movement analysis, so we know how you move before you lift anything. Then six weeks of coached small-group training, built around what we found. Book a call and Tash will talk you through it.

What classes do you run?

Fierce is small-group personal training: strength work, in a small group, with a coach watching every rep. Flow is movement and mobility, starting in November on Mondays and Wednesdays. Fury, our conditioning class, joins the timetable in November with sessions on Sundays.

How long is a class?

Flow is thirty minutes. You'll see each session's length when you book.

Can I train outside my classes?

Open gym is for members who want structured extra sessions, with a plan to follow. It isn't a free-for-all. Ask Tash about adding it on your call.

How much is membership?

It depends on how you want to train, so we don't list prices here. Book a call and Tash will talk you through the options.

Is there a contract?

No tie-ins. Membership rolls on, and you can leave any time with 30 days' notice. Just let us know.

What should I bring?

Comfortable kit you can move in, trainers and a water bottle. We'll handle the rest.

Where are you, and is there parking?

We're in Canterbury, about ten minutes from the city centre, and parking is free on site. Here's how to find us.
